Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Requests
- Customers may request to cancel an order if they realize a mistake (e.g., wrong size or product) within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@rajaboxing.com with the subject line “Order Cancellation Request” and include the order number and reason for cancellation.
Conditions for Cancellation
- Before Processing: Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be canceled without penalty.
- After Processing or Shipping: If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Customers can initiate a return instead (see Return Policy).
Custom or Personalized Orders
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started. These items are made specifically for the customer and are non-refundable except in the case of defects or errors caused by Raja Boxing.
Restocking or Administration Fees
- To cover administrative costs, a restocking fee of [insert percentage or fixed amount] may apply for cancellations after 24 hours or for orders with special handling.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping costs (if already incurred) are non-refundable.
Order Modifications
- Change Requests Before Shipping: Customers may request adjustments (e.g., size or color changes) within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Raja Boxing reserves the right to charge a modification fee for changes requested after processing.
- After Shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be modified. Customers may initiate a return or exchange (per the Return Policy).
