Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, customers must contact info@rajaboxing.com with the order number and reason for the return.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items confirmed to be defective or shipped in error.
Inspection and Refunds
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the return is approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed Raja Boxing error.
Defective Products
- If a product has a defect caused by a manufacturing fault:
- Customers must report the issue to info@rajaboxing.com within 7 days of discovering the defect.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided for assessment.
Resolution for Defective Products
- If the defect is confirmed to be due to manufacturing:
- Repair: The product will be repaired and returned to the customer.
- Replacement: A new item will be sent to the customer, subject to availability.
- Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund for the product value will be issued.

For International Customers:
- The customer must initially cover the cost of returning the defective item for inspection.
- Raja Boxing will cover the shipping cost for the replacement or repaired product.
- If a defect is confirmed, Raja Boxing may partially reimburse the return shipping cost (up to $20 USD or equivalent).
- If no defect is found, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Exclusions
- Raja Boxing is not responsible for defects or damages caused by:
- Improper use or care (e.g., failure to follow care instructions).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties.
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence.
